Lauren Redican
Rogers Therapy Director
My name is Lauren Redican, and I am the Therapy Director at Pediatrics Plus in Rogers. I am originally from a small town called Donaldson, Arkansas. I attended the University of Central Arkansas for my undergraduate and graduate work in Speech-Language Pathology. I have been married to my husband, Seth, for 14 years, and together we have two daughters, Everly (12) and Vivien (8). We have two miniature Aussiedoodles named Remi and Rookie.
I got started with Pediatrics Plus by applying to be an afterschool classroom teacher, and from there stepped into the Speech-Language Pathologist role. I’ve had the opportunity to see many areas of the company since that time, and have been with Peds Plus for a total of 11 years!
What I love about Pediatrics Plus is how clearly communicated our culture is. This frames up clarity in expectations and boundaries, and consequently builds people up at every turn! Because of this, people who choose Peds Plus genuinely care about the work they do, and the reason why they come to work every day is never hard to find!
A fun fact about me is that I love miniatures! Anything tiny. Love them. I also love plants! I have way too many and my house definitely gives off a rainforest vibe. Ha!
