Scott Street
Chief Executive Officer
Scott Street has served in healthcare leadership roles for over 34 years, specifically as a hospital CEO for 24 years.
He is a graduate of the University of Missouri, earning a master’s degree in healthcare administration. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Ouachita Baptist University, where he was an All-Conference quarterback.
As a visionary and collaborative healthcare executive, Scott has a passion for enhancing organizational culture and developing leaders. He has served on and chaired several chamber and economic development boards over the years. He recently served on the Arkansas Governor’s COVID-19 Task Force. Currently, he serves as chairman of the Board for Ouachita Baptist University and serves on the OBU Hickingbotham School of Business Advisory Board. He is on the Board of Directors for Sharp Bancshares, and on the Board of Directors for the Bank of Cave City.
He and his wife of 38 years live in Central Arkansas. They have four children and two grandchildren. He is a member of Conway First Baptist Church.
Krista Tapp
Chief Operating Officer
Krista Tapp serves as COO of Pediatrics Plus. Krista began working for Pediatrics Plus in 2001 while she was in college at the University of Central Arkansas. In her current role, Krista leads and oversees the therapy and preschool operation teams at Pediatrics Plus. She works with the leadership team of vice presidents and directors to ensure that the vision and values of Pediatrics Plus are being carried out and followed as part of the organization’s culture.
After growing up in the small town of Alma, Arkansas, Krista attended college at the University of Central Arkansas and graduated summa cum laude as an undergraduate scholar with a Bachelor of Science. She then went on to obtain her Master of Science at the University of Central Arkansas in occupational therapy.
Krista has served on the boards of several non-profits including Community Connections and Cradle Care. She also served on the Arkansas Occupational Therapy Association board in multiple roles including president. Krista is a proud member of the American and Arkansas Occupational Therapy Associations. She currently is honored to be part of the University of Central Arkansas Integrated Health Sciences Advisory Board.
Krista and her husband, David, have been married for 22 years. They are blessed with three wonderful children: Wesley–16; Isabella–13; Avery–10. Krista loves being a mother and supporting and encouraging her children to grow and excel in their God-given strengths and passions. Krista loves attending and being involved in New Life Church, traveling/taking adventure trips, reading, and being outside.
Chris Bell
Chief Financial Officer
Chris Bell serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Pediatrics Plus. Chris has been with the company since September of 2022. He transitioned to this role from the holding company, Foxden Capital where he was the Vice President of Finance. Previously Chris served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for Today’s Power, Inc. Chris was with the company for seven years. Prior to that, Chris worked in public accounting for BKD where the primary focus was the electric cooperative industry. Chris worked at BKD for approximately five years.
Chris is a certified public accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Arkansas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Chris is a 2011 graduate of the University of Central Arkansas with a Master’s Degree in Accounting.
Holden Raines
Chief Legal Officer
Holden Raines currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer for Pediatrics Plus. In that role, he oversees legal compliance, risk management, and litigation.
Holden comes to Pediatrics Plus from a background including work as a prosecuting attorney, an attorney specialist for the Arkansas Alcoholic Beverage Control, and an attorney representing clients in railroad-related cases. He received his Juris Doctor from the Bowen School of Law in 2016 and his undergraduate in finance from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2013.
Kara Elmore
Chief Talent Officer
Kara Elmore has served in a variety of operational roles at Pediatrics Plus and is currently the Chief Officer of Talent
She earned her graduate degrees from the University of Central Arkansas: Bachelor of Science in December 2007, summa cum laude, and Master of Science in Occupational Therapy in August 2009, summa cum laude.
Kara has a passion for serving others and living out the vision of Pediatrics Plus. She enjoys sharing the heart of the company with everyone she meets! She has served at both the national and state levels advocating for the profession of occupational therapy as President of the Arkansas Occupational Therapy Association and task force member for a specialty group with the American Occupational Therapy Association. She additionally has served on the Healthy Active Arkansas Task Force and as co-director for Community Connections ACTS Jr.
Kara and her husband, Nathan, have two children, and they enjoy traveling and doing activities as a family.
David Tapp
Senior Vice President of Development
David Tapp joined Pediatrics Plus in July 2005 as the Director of Business Development. David is responsible for the Pediatrics Plus road map of new locations and the construction of new sites. He has 20 years of construction experience, primarily in new site development. His knowledge base spans expertise in new construction, purchasing of land, and building acquisitions. Prior to joining Pediatrics Plus, he held roles at First Horizon Pharmaceuticals and Trucker Media Group.
Throughout his career, he has spent time giving back to the community by volunteering as a coach and a board member of Deep Well Ministries at the University of Central Arkansas.
David holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Arkansas. He resides in Conway with his wife, son, and two daughters. In his free time, he enjoys watching sports, biking, and traveling.
