Sarah Wortham
Conway Preschool Director
My name is Sarah Wortham, and I am the Preschool Director at Pediatrics Plus in Conway. I attended UCA while earning degrees in Psychology and Counseling. I have been married to my husband, Russ, for 10 years and we have a 7-year-old son named Rhett. We also have 2 dogs, Manning and Kobe.
I have been with Pediatrics Plus for 10 years! I started as a teaching assistant and am now the Director! I love the purpose and vision behind our mission and have fallen in love with the people and children. I am grateful to get to be a part of our children, staff, and families’ journey!
What I love about Pediatrics Plus is the culture. Our team is so dedicated to having a positive culture for our staff and our children. We all have the common goal to help each child conquer their world and have fun while doing it!
A fun fact about me is that I lived in Italy for 3 months in college and worked at a childcare center in Florence.
Kaleb McLarty
Conway Therapy Director
My name is Kaleb McLarty, and I am the Director of Therapy at the Conway Pediatrics Plus clinic. I started this role in August, and am learning fast and getting my feet under me. I attended Harding University in Searcy, AR, for my undergraduate degree, and then continued at Harding to get my masters in Speech-Language Pathology. I met my wife, Alissa, at Harding, and we have two awesome young kids named Lucy and Gabe!
I worked as a speech therapist at the Conway Pediatrics Plus location for six years and loved my time on the team. I got to know some incredible families and worked with some truly wonderful kids. I entered the workforce knowing I wanted to work for a company that valued ethical practices and excellence in therapy. Pediatrics Plus has shown to hold these values, and so much more. I am proud to lead the Conway clinic with these same core values that Pediatrics Plus emphasizes.
We believe that we are called to empower kids to conquer their world. I truly feel that this is a calling worthy of our time and effort. Each kid is unique and has their own personal needs and goals. Meeting them where they are and helping them prepare to take on the world is something I am grateful for and thankful to work towards every day.
