Pediatrics Plus, in partnership with Ouachita Baptist University, is pleased to announce that we are accepting applications for:

Financial Assistance for M.S. in ABA

Pediatrics Plus is committed to providing specialized pediatric healthcare using evidence-based intervention for children with diverse abilities. We believe excellent Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) provide an integral service to children and families and advance this mission. Achievement of this graduate-level certification is rigorous and not without significant financial expense. Pediatrics Plus would like to support and partner with graduate students in this program to address this problem through financial assistance.

What is Financial Assistance for an M.S. in ABA?

Pediatrics Plus will offer assistance to graduates of the Ouachita  ABA graduate program who are employed full-time with Pediatrics Plus through a systematic retention bonus program. Through the utilization of a strategic retention bonus and tuition reimbursement schedule, individuals who partner with Pediatrics Plus and enter this program should achieve full loan repayment by the end of 2030. Details regarding the retention bonus schedule will be made available during the interview portion of the application process.  Please note that the total amount of the financial assistance will be solely on the university's tuition and fee schedule (i.e. not to include additional funds for living expenses).

Eligibility Criteria

  • Applicant must complete 20 hours of RBT observation with at least 2 of those hours with the RBT being supervised by a BCBA by May 25, 2023. The RBT and BCBA must sign off that the observation hours were completed. The signed form should be submitted here https://pedsplus.paperform.co by 11:59 pm on 05/25/2023.
